School's out FOR SUMMER!

Today was the last day of school and it was terribly sad. I got such wonderful gifts from all of my students and cried as I walked them to lunch and said goodbye at the door. It was amazing to me how quickly the year went by and how much they grew, matured, and changed.

My classroom is all boxed up and sad looking. I'm still waiting to hear about my job and am hoping to hear before I move everything out Monday afternoon, in case I am lucky enough to stay! I'm just trying to stay hopeful and positive. I'm hoping things will all work out for the best and I can unload my stress and be excited about my summer.
